Location: Office-Based (South-West Orlando)

What You’ll Do:

• Clinical Care & Intake: Perform clinical intake (screenings, history taking, vital signs, medication reconciliation) and provide whole care during visits. Assist with minor procedures and ensure accurate documentation.

• Administrative Support: Manage patient records and schedules using EHR systems. Prepare and update patient charts prior to appointments (labs, imaging, specialist reports).

• Office Flow & Operations: Ensure efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment. Manage clinical supplies, monitor inventory, and handle medical equipment sterilization.

• Patient Service & Education: Deliver exceptional, compassionate service in person and by phone. Educate patients regarding tests, medications, and diets. Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow‐up orders.

• Compliance & Teamwork: Maintain OSHA regulatory enforcement, office safety policies, and strict patient confidentiality. Support staff teamwork and assist co-workers when necessary.

Ideal Traits:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a Medical Assistant / Front Desk professional.

• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (proficiency in EMR software preferred).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
